In honor of tonight’s Pro Arts ‘Art Eat-Up’ at Grace Church in Jersey City (you should come, I heard all your friends were going! They didn’t tell you…must have been too excited, I guess…), I’m putting up a sketch of my next ‘Titan of Industry’! Check out Mr. Met, posing in his office at Citi Field – I hope he knows Mr. RedLegs is pretty jealous, and is paint-bombing* him in the background!
I’ll be displaying this, plus the original velvet test, at my table tonight at the ‘Eat-Up’, so come by if you’ve always wanted to touch a velvet painting!
*A lot like photo-bombing, except with a more holding still, and a much less surprised artist.
